Dr. Hill brings over 30 years of public and private sector experience to his work as a management consultant.  He earned his BS with Distinction from the University of Nebraska and went on to complete a Masters Degree with emphasis on Psychology. His doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction, also from the University of Nebraska, was followed by post-doctoral work in Executive Leadership at Lewis and Clark College.

Dr. Hill has consulted nationally with businesses as well as educational and service agencies, specializing in selection, career assessment counseling, transition management consultation and executive coaching.
