 Mr. Russell has over 20 years experience as a manager and personnel specialist in retail, manufacturing and banking companies. For the past ten years he has worked with public and private organizations as an independent consultant. The State of Oregon named him their External Consultant-of-the-Year in 1990. Mr. Russell is a part-time instructor at Portland Community College. He has taught courses at Portland State University, Marylhurst College and the University of Washington's School for Executive Development. He received his degree from Oregon State University. Mr. Russell specializes in programs to develop supervisory and communication skills. | ||
